The complaint, lodged with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), accuses two former directors, Vijayasekerage Shanika Kumari and Herath Bandaralage Anuradha Oshadha Herath, of embezzling over Rs. 30 million through a sophisticated scheme of falsified financial reports and unauthorized fund transfers.
